Dr Mandi Chinna is an excellent dentist and provides dental service with care and concern for her patients. I have been a long term dental patient with Pinole Family Dental and have always been treated like family. The facility has the latest dental technology and instruments and the entire staff is wonderful. Highly recommend.

Val is the Best! She goes above and beyond. She tries her best to accomodate your request. Welcomes you with a smile. Great customer service! She is the glue to the organization. Love Dr. Mandi. She got the softest hands and makes sure you are comfortable during the procedure. Friendly staff! Great teamwork.

Dr. Mandi is very efficient and professional. I am sensitive to epinephrine but she handled it pretty well. Didn’t feel any adverse reaction at all. She kept me informed of her every move and what to expect from procedure. I highly recommend her!

I had a dental emergency over the weekend. Left a message on office answering service and she called me back with immediate concern. She gave me an appointment soon as office opened up on Tuesday due to the fact businesses were closed Monday for holiday. When I saw her she rectified the problem.

Always a happy experience. Very professional and they know what they are doing. Never a rush job. They take their time to do a thorough job with complete explanation of patient's available options. Highly recommended.

Everyone was so nice and welcoming. The practice felt warm (it was xmas season) and festive. Nobody was trying to sell procedures that I didn't need like some other practices do. Definitely would recommend this place.

Dr. Mandi is always providing great treatment for me. She is very patient and friendly. She makes sure my filling is fit perfect so I can bite my food without the sensitive feeling. All the staffs at Pinole Family dental are excellent! The front seat receptionist, Vel helped me to rearrange my appointment. That helps a lot and I appreciate the hard work she provides!

I always feel satisfied with my dental procedures. Dr Mandi listens to my dental needs and treat me with a gentle hand. The assistants are great at taking good care of patients and at working closely with Dr Mandi to make sure the procedure flows by smoothly. I highly recommend their office for all your family.

A crown broke off on Friday during Thanksgiving vacation. Marc let me come in on Saturday and he cleaned it and cemented it back on ... during HIS vacation.
